DEFINITIONS

“Editor(s)”, “we/us/our” and/or “STUDIO TF1 ” refers to STUDIO TF1, a simplified joint stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with a sole shareholder and a share capital of EUR 31,184,780, registered with the Trade and Companies Registry of Paris under number 505 327 940, whose head office is located at 123 Boulevard de Grenelle – 75015 – Paris, and who edits the https://www.studiotf1.com Service;

“STUDIO TF1’s Group” means STUDIO TF1 and all the companies that STUDIO TF1 directly or indirectly controls, as this term is defined in Article L. 233-3 of the French commercial code. STUDIO TF1 is part of STUDIO TF1’s Group.

“Processor(s)” means any company that processes Personal Data or Browsing Data on behalf of a company part of the STUDIO TF1’s Group, as instructed by the latter.

“Unauthorised Third Party” means any company that has not signed an agreement with a company part of the STUDIO TF1’s Group governing access to data or data protection, and who is not authorised to store cookies on the Service.

“Service” means the STUDIO TF1 website available at https://www.studiotf1.com and edited by STUDIO TF1 ;

WHAT IS A COOKIE?

  • the language used in the browser on the terminal;

WHY ARE COOKIES USED IN OUR SERVICE?

Cookies allow us to:

  • enable you to browse and view our website, and adapt our Service’s content or display to your terminal to improve your browsing experience and optimize our website;
  • draw up statistics and audience measurements with regard to traffic on our Service ;
  • secure our Service by detecting and/or tracing any attempted cyberattacks or intrusions;

WHO STORES THE COOKIES?

FOR HOW LONG ARE COOKIES STORED?

The Cookies issued by the Editor and our Processors, as well as the browsing data collected, are stored for a maximum period of thirteen (13) months from the date of their storage on your terminal. At the end of that period, your consent will again be required.
