TF1 Studio and Daï Daï Films, subsidiaries of Newen Studios, along with Pathé, are proud to announce the start of filming for Natacha, an adventure comedy directed by Noémie Saglio (Connasse, Princess of Hearts – The Hook Up Plan – School Life), co-written with Laurent Turner (Penny Pincher!, Spoiled Brats).

Production began on Monday, May 27, and will take place in the Paris region, Hauts-de-France, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, and Italy.

The cast features Camille Lou, Vincent Dedienne, Fabrice Luchini, Didier Bourdon, Elsa Zylberstein, Isabelle Adjani, and Baptiste Lecaplain.

Natacha is co-produced by TF1 Studio and Daï Daï Films, TF1 Films Production, Pictanovo, and Pathé, with the support of Netflix and TF1. The film will be distributed in France by TF1 Studio and Pathé. International sales were launched by Newen Connect at the Cannes Film Festival.

The film is loosely inspired by the comic book series Natacha by François Walthéry, published by Éditions Dupuis, which spans 23 albums and has sold over 5 million copies.

Synopsis
Since childhood, Natacha has been determined to become a flight attendant to escape the confines of a time when women were expected to stay at home. Just as her dream is about to come true, she is unexpectedly swept into an incredible adventure—chasing down the thieves of the legendary Mona Lisa.
